What counts as a chat?
A chat is counted when you send a message and MyBotBuddy successfully provides a response. If MyBotBuddy cannot complete the response, that attempt does not count toward your monthly allowance.
How many chats do I get each month?
The Free Plan includes 5 chats per month, Plus includes up to 50 chats per month, and Companion includes up to 200 chats per month.
What happens when I reach my monthly chat limit?
MyBotBuddy will let you know when you've reached your plan's monthly allowance. Free and Plus users can choose to upgrade for additional monthly chats.
When do my chats reset?
Your monthly chat allowance resets automatically at the beginning of your next monthly usage period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade when you need more MyBotBuddy usage.
What happens to the chats I've already used if I upgrade?
Your existing monthly usage is preserved. For example, if you've used all 5 Free chats and upgrade to Plus, you'll have used 5 of your 50 Plus chats for that usage period.
Is Companion unlimited?
Companion provides extended access with up to 200 chats per month under MyBotBuddy's reasonable-use limits.
Do I need a credit card to use the Free Plan?
